Took a ride through some of the back roads last week looking for treasures.
Metal artwork at the entrance to the
Community Garden.
This was the scene before the Community Garden was organized.
On down the road.
Just follow the arrows.
The all important silo on a cattle farm.
Their home to the left of the silo.
Round hay bale feeder.
Not sure what this is on the cattle farm.
Not a cow in sight today.
Huge cattle farm.
A great family runs this cattle farm.
My friend's garden.
Where the living is easy and the fishing is amazing
right outside the city limits.

Nothing like a drive to see what is to be seen. I always find something and I know that you do, too. I love the intense green that you are finding these days. Especially lovely the pic of the cattle farm and fence and mailbox with the cow.
I enjoyed seeing the rural photos and the metal artwork, Peggy. It's nice to see things starting to green up at this time of year.

Being a backroads sort of guy, the country is a treasure for me! Peggy, thanks so much for sharing this week and I hope to see you back again soon.
Wonderful mix of photos. I love that man face that's on the outside wall.
What a great ride you took...and all kinds of treasures. I would consider the older Airstream in the last shot a REAL treasure. I have always wanted to own one. Really enjoyed your collection of photos tonight.
A beautiful scenery with lots of nice little details. I like the artwork at the Community Garden and of course the mail box.
Lots of nice things to see here!
Great treasure finds!
Thanks for the interesting tour.
