Pink Saturday, yahoo the lilac bush has bloomed.

Thought I had missed my lilac bush in full bloom but looked out and it was beautiful.

Love that smell in the house.

Thanks for coming to The Marmelade Gypsy, Peggy! It's nice to "meet" you. Isn't Bardstown where My Old Kentucky Home is? I remember going there in fifth grade -- I was writing a school paper on Stephen Foster!

Your lilacs are lovely. One of my favorite flowers! It'll be another month or so before we see those here, although everything is early. I love this beautiful spring.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hi Peggy! Visiting you back....thank you so much for visiting my blog. I love your blog...it is so pretty and welcoming. My lilac bush is just starting to bud...Spring is a little slow here in the Northeast. We moved it from the other side of the yard so I hope to get some heavenly smelling blooms this year!
