I just became aware of the scuttling dry leaves...mostly blown off by storms and not by season. There's definitely a change on the air. I'd like to hear the corn rustling.
The wind must be blowing so strong to topple the dustbin!

Nice post. I didn't think of flags in the wind and I have photos of some too. It did make me laugh at the garbage can because I have had to pick mine up so many times from wind storms. I now keep it in the garage but every so often after it is empty, the wind gets it again.
Love the shot of your town flag, Peggy. And the sound of the wind in the trees is like a surprise gift. Looks and sounds beautiful. Great shoot out.
My husband spent an hour or so sweeping up the leaves in our driveway last week. They were all back again the next day!
Finally I've managed to get on line to visit all of you. Lovely selection, Peggy. I think I like the corn the best but they're all good.
