Loose ends flip flopping around

For all those who are signed up for Wanda's
WTA
Winner Takes All ATC swap
here is an account of my beautiful gifts as of today.
Nine of us signed up.

I was thrilled at being the first winner.

I have received 7 ATCs and there are a few days left before I will have them all.

When I have all 8 of them, I will feature them all in one post and talk more about this swap.

I am loving Wanda's monthly swaps because it is not only fun it is a perfect way to learn how to do different things and to collect stash for other projects.
I am a fairly new participant of ATC swaps, just about a year, and I am learning so much by receiving all the cards and little stash items.
Here is a sneak preview of some of the stash I received in the WTA swap and I save everything.

Finished one necklace and earring set that I wore myself since it has a few flaws.

One earring is longer than the other.
Left out an O ring.
Easy enough to fix.
I am getting more comfortable with working on these.
Some of this came with packs of supplies and the pearls were from an old piece of jewelry I had.

This is a jewelry set I purchased last year and working on it now.
My eyesight is sure being tested here.
Lucky I have one of those magnifying glasses you can put around your neck and rest on your chest.

Love the aqua stones and silver together.
Any other beaders out there?

Still working on plarn totes trimmed with Journey beads to raise money for the SCN missions.

Gotta stay busy.
Too easy to just get lazy and sit around and get stiff.
Gotta stay mobile.
You know, "The Body at rest.............
LOL

Hi Peggy, Wow you are busy and having fun too. Your jewelry came out nice. As did your purse. Do you have the empty hands syndrome for lack of a better word? I can't sit and watch tv without doing something like crocheting, sewing or just anything. I've been having fun sewing for Rose Meredith and have joined another art group where we're swapping ATC's and other mixed stuff. So it feels good to get back into craftsy things. Love the new blog look. Mollye

Great attitude to stay busy and produce such beautiful items. It is hard when I hear people say they are bored. Life has so much to offer. Thanks for sharing.

I must confess, those cards certainly do look fascinating. But I must try to resist - have have project upon project stacking up on my desk. But at least I can look on and admire the efforts of others.
