Share the Joy and Tea Talk with Ruth, Read'Em Wednesday

Thursday is a great day, special in it's place in the week.

Wow, it has been a great week.
I am feeling better than I have for a long time.
Cardiac problems tracked down and taken care of.
(knock on wood)
That terrible virus is gone.
Got my flu vaccine and HH is going for a check up tomorrow.

Having.................Steaming hot Maxwell House coffee

In..........my favorite china cup and a piece of fruit.
Feeling.............rested, well, confident HH is going to have a good checkup today and joy because of all these things.

Thinking about..............I need to stop worrying about things. On the one hand I say I know God is in control but do I talk, think and act as if I truly believe that?
I find myself worrying and thinking what should I do about this and that.

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.
Reinhold Niebuhr

Recently checking for any remaining blooms out side around my deck and patio, I spotted this Knock-Out rose.

What joy this little touch of color brought to our home.

I see these beauties everywhere.
Ideal plant for fall color for sure.

A new meme I found.

So glad to hear you're feeling good, and things are going well health-wise. Would like to say 'don't worry', but how DOES one accomplish that? Just know that you're in thoughts and prayers - and God loves you!!!

I love your china teacup and saucer! It's so good to hear that the cardiac problems are under control.

The knockout rose is gorgeous. Not too long ago, I was given a bouquet of knockout roses and they lasted forever. I am planning on planting my own knockout rose bush.

Worrying is also an issue for me.I need to focus more on His promises so I don't start worrying again. It helps when I'm in the company of people who also do the same thing, trusting God no matter what.

Thank you, Peggy, for sharing your tea time with us at Tea Talk. I'm glad to hear you are having all these happy feeling about your health and yourself.

Blessings!
