Well Maxine better watch out, it is time to settle down and act our age.

Well Maxine I love you dearly and love your attitude but I cannot take your advice anymore.
Started physical therapy yesterday and it seems I have a foot out of structural alignment causing my knee and hip to be quite painful.

I am in awe at my PT. I have know her for years and used her several time since 2004 when the knees were done.
Monday she taped my foot into alignment and for two days now the pain in my hip is almost gone. Yes I have bursitis but that is not the cause of the deep pain in the hip and knee. I have been able to walk further and stand longer and I have high hopes for getting my balance back and eliminating the reason I have been falling.
I see her again today and I am almost dancing in the rain. Gotta hold the dancing done a little while longer.
So Maxine we've got to be prudent.
The call of the wild cannot be answered like we were 21 again.
Simmer down gal.

It's amazing that the old song is true. The hip bone is connected to the thigh bone...and on and on until it reaches the foot. Put one thing out of whack, and the whole being starts to hurt.

Glad you found a holistic solution and that you're feeling better. Keep it up!

Glad the PT is coming along well; I know a good therapist it worth their weight in GOLD.
Foot issues (which I have to the extreme) throw everything off~~~so glad that it is something *fixable*.
And yes, no doing the Can-Can yet...okay? ;-D

I am so happy to hear that your PT is going well and you are seeing some improvement. So many people stop after 1 or 2 session complaining it is too hard. I knew you were made of tougher stuff! You keep on Peggy and you'll be dancing in no time. Sending you healing thoughts.
