Creative Tuesday- Theme Summer Break and Starlet Challenge #10

Our gracious host had asked us to hold our Creative Tuesday entry for July 19th.
Hope things are more normal now Mr. Tea.
Here is my entry.
Theme

Summer break

Acrylic on canvas board

The WILDflowers are ablowing

To me they are CALLING

And I will be GOING

To wallow in their WILDness

Go here for Creative Tuesday and check it out. You may like to join us.

Starlet Challenge # 10
Veronica Lake
I remember her movies very well.
One of my favorites.

She was paired with Alan Ladd in several pictures and I read the reason was, Alan Ladd was only 5'5" and she was one of only a couple of women short enough to play opposite him.

She was 4' 11 1/2" tall.

Go to Starlets Challenge and see some more about Miss Veronica Lake.

Your painting is lovely.

Interesting information about Alan Ladd and Veronica Lake. They certainly were teeny tiny.

Have a terrific Tuesday. Tammy

Love your wild flowers, so pretty. My mom used to love Veronica Lake and would always tell me to wear my hair like her...:-)

What a great perspective your painting has. It reminds me of a very windy and stormy evening.

your wildflowers are beautiful, you did a wonderful job!

Interesting about Veronica Lake and Alan Ladd. I heard Elizabeth Taylor was also very tiny.
