A bragging mom

Well you know how bragging mom's are.
We are proud of all the things our kids do.
But in the world of good food
not much can beat an authentic
New York Cheese Cake.
Son # 1 is a great chef.
Go to his blog, listed below, for a great video and recipe by this Kentucky boy transplanted in New York for years with IBM and learned to cook at The Culinary Institute of America, transplanted in Texas with IBM a few years ago and still there.

The recipe will be found on his blog site if you go
here

Notice the flames on the blender.
Masculine touch.

I can vouch for the fact that it's wonderful to have a chef in the family. My brother, now a psychologist, is a formally trained chef.

The cheesecake looks yummy.

Oh, that looks fantastic. It's been a long time since I had cheesecake and NY cheesecake is even better...I love that stuff and could od on it, really! Maybe best I don't have any in the house seeing how it's just me (and the dog!)
