Jingle Poetry- Festivities and MM

The weather outside is frightful.
But the fire is so delightful.
Let it snow, let it snow and it did.

Well here's hoping all are enjoying the blessed days of
Christmas
It is Mosaic Monday and all gifts have been opened and oohed and awed over, so I can post them now.

Two Welcome Home baskets filled with goodies
2 Crocheted ponchos, hat and fingerless glove sets.
4 Pineapple baskets filled with goodies.
1 Afghan and crocheted purse.
3 Jewelry boxes with various gifts inside.
2 Sports fabric quilts with Ky. Wildcat stuffed animals
1 Painting for little boy who cannot keep his goldfish alive. A look alike aquarium.
1 Hand painted front panel, wine box, with a bottle of favorite wine inside.

Silly Sisters

Helping Mary to a safe secure place for the birth of the child.

The children would not do the Christmas Story, which they did when very young, so now the sisters are doing it.
It has to be done.

Modeling poncho, hat and gloves set.

Grands acting frisky

Papaw and Mamaw gathering all grands around.

Wrestling for the best gift in the Chinese Gift Game.

Jingle Poetry Monday Potluck

What a Fun Time

What a fun time was had by all
As we celebrated Christmas day together.
Great food, great wine, and hoovey dooveys.
We love each other forever and ever.

We adored Him at Mass and sing all His songs
Came home and sang some more.
We asked His blessings and thanked Him for the food
Then all jumped in for gifts we shared.

The littles are now big and the bigs are getting older
But Christmas makes us all the same and it doesn't take much to make us grow closer.
As the love flows so free.

Thank you dear Jesus for coming to us
And making it well worth living.

Gift certificates for groceries are wonderful gifts, sweetpea! I always take our granddaughter groceries when we go, even though they can afford food. Nothing says love like food though.
