Grand Social Great Mother's Day

Had a wonderful Mother's Day with family.

They all know I love flowers, orchids, lavender

Butterflies
Herbs
Cherry tomatoes

 Especially when my son plants them for me.

Beautiful grand Ellen, they just grow up too soon.

Purple Tomatoes?

Ever heard of purple cherry tomatoes?

 Our son said that these purple cherry tomatoes are delicious.
He had sampled some of them last summer so when he helped us set up our Topsy Turvy near the deck he suggested we try these.

I have never seen one of these but I have heard that the tomatoes can get very heavy so we thought that maybe the cherry tomatoes would work better.

 So we put three plants in the bag and hope for the best.

So we will just see how this works.

I hope to be able to just step outside and water my tomatoes and then to just harvest them as they come along.
