I worshiped that beautiful person until the day she died at age 32.

This was taken in 1940 in front of our grandparents home.
We lived in the last house visible on the left in this photo.
You can see our mom and grandmother in the shadows.
Don't you just love the edging around the photo of those days.
My grandparents house was directly across from St. Dominic Church.
We went every time the door were opened.
My grandmother was the sacristan.
When we were older we would go with her and help her change all the old candles in the little red cups and gather up all the linens for my gm to laundry.
