Our biggest outdoor community festivity is in the fall.
Decorating contests are held.
Street Art called Via Color done with chalk takes place on one complete street in the middle of the area.
Handmade arts and crafts are shown and sold.

Super. I had forgotten we have a local scarecrow festival. I must hunt those photos out some time. I love your first photo.
