Say it Saturday

Today is July 6th.
It has rained every day since the 1st.
Up to the last 6 days the hummingbird activity at our feeder has been minimal.

However since the last few days of rain the activity has increased.

As many as three have been seen at one time and I am wondering if the rainy weather has anything to do with the increase in activity.

Yes it is still raining this Saturday so these shots were through our kitchen window.

What say you, does the rain have anything to do with the increased activity around our hummingbird feeder?

I honestly don't know ! :) But I love when I am out on my porch and a hummer comes though I doubt I'll ever get a picture...they are too fast for me !:)

Sadly, we don't have humming birds this side of the Pond. I can only imagine how lovely it must be to have humming bird feeders to watch.

Peggy, I have 3 feeders and fill them every 2 days. I am looking for a better feeder so these babies can stand and rest their tiny wings, I have the feeder like yours with no place for them to put their feet. Going on line and find better feeders. They are hungry..
