Mosaic Monkey Zentangle mosaic

Happy Independence Day
America




Red, white and blue fruit pizza.


For the pizza
one package of ref. sugar cookies
1 pack no fat Philly cream cheese.
1/3 cup sweetner
1 tsp vanilla

Spread the cookie dough out in a pie dish.
Cut in 8 pizza shaped cuts.
 Cook in 350o oven about 20 minutes til crust is browned.


In separate bowl mix  softened creamed cheese, sweetener (I don't use sugar), and vanilla.


Spread mixture over cooled crust.
apply blueberries around outside edge of pie plate and lay inside in the shape of a star.
Fill star shaped area with sliced strawberries.



 
Mosaic for this Monday

 Zentangle blue and yellow.
With glitter pens on canvas board.
