Doing my own thing day

Doing my own thing day is a day I post things I am working on or just finished of something I just learned about.
My dear friend sent me this recipe.

3,2,1  Cake
You will need
1 Angel Food cake mix
1 Any other flavor of cake mix you would like.

Now put these two  cake mixes into a zip-lock or airtight container.
Mix well.

There must be one Angel Food cake mix as it has eggs in it.

To make a 3,2,1 cake, one serving.

Take 3 tablespoons of the two mixed cake mixes from sealed container and put into a microwavable container.
Add 2 tablespoons of water.

I attached the recipe on the outside of the cake mix.

You can make one serving at a time which I will do so as not to eat too much at one time.

Mix 3 tbsp. of mix with 2 tbsp. of water
This is the only container I could come up with.

Cook in microwave on high for 1 minute.
Check with tooth pick for doneness.

Because I am diabetic I choose sugar free
frosting

Almonds are great for diabetics so I trimmed
my cake frosting with
almonds.

Here is your 3,2,1 cake

Could put fruit on top.

It hit the spot.

Afghan just finished made from stash yarn.

84 by 48 inches
I call it

Fiesta

It is headed for Nazareth 2012 picnic
either in the crafts booth or the silent auction
booth.

Still working on my Easter eggs.

Easter eggs! I've got to get busy on those myself. Love your Fiesta afghan and the 321 cake is a nifty idea and easy.

Hi,Peggy.
Beautiful recipe! I like to eat snack cakes though I rarely make myself. Your Afghan is so beautiful. I really love the combination of those colors. You are so talented.
