Friday Shoot Out. Music in my town

Friday Shoot Out theme for today is
Music in my town.
Music in my town happens all year long.
In the summer we have weekly concerts in the park,
downtown at the Farmer's Market and of course in the winter things move inside.

We don't attend those concerts much anymore because they are in the evening but we enjoy our own family get-togethers almost weekly.

The local Suzuki students play at almost every public event in town.

This young girl has been playing since the age of 4.
She was a student several years ago when I was studying violin.

Having troubles with blogger and cannot post any more pictures for some reason.

I bet she sounds good if she's been playing since age 4.

One lovely photo is all you need! You are lucky to have weekly concerts in summer! If we had them in my nearest town, they'd be getting awfully wet this summer.

Ann my mom was in heaven when I tool violin lessons. I was in my 59,s when I was in Sazuki. Now when I took it in high school I worked in the music department to pay for my lessons. My dear mom did not hear me play as an adult.
