Creative Tuesday- Illustrate one of the 12 days of Christmas

Creative Tuesday
Theme
Illustration of one of the 12 days of Christmas.

Two Turtle Doves......

The two turtledoves in holy scripture and in literature present a picture of devotion and covenant loving kindness. It is a sublime vision of earthly love and friendship. Two is the number of witness. One person is bringing a witness on behalf of his friend, his companion. One individual is standing up on behalf of the other.

I want to go where he is going!!!!!!!!!

Nancy, my cousin,  has been painting for a while. I just found her on face book recently and she has started her own blog.

Visit her here and tell her Peggy sent you over.
She has some great work to show.

Your doves are so sweet. I love the boughs they are nestled in, too!

And that santa cracks me up. I guess he does deserve a beach vacation, doesn't he. ha.
