Well Miz Margaret and Mr. Tom Jones did not make it to Willow Manor Ball yesterday but I will share some highlights I gathered while visiting friends who did.

Tea Talk Thursday
Well the talk around the coffee or tea cup today, in some cyberspace worlds, is the WMBall


But 
Tea Talk Thursday with Ruth might take us to a different topic.


Having.........coffee made by HH

Well, that is after he fed the birds.


In..................................my regular coffee cup with 1/2 banana.

Feeling..................grateful and relaxed this AM since almost finished with all the cardiac testing.
Echo gram and Stress Test
negative for any valve disease and circulatory problems.
That is 3/4 of the way finished as far as results are concerned.
Finished with event monitor today and mailed in, so awaiting that result.

Thinking about............what to cook for dinner tonight.
HH does some of the cooking (most of the cooking) but I take a notion sometimes and I have the notion today.
That is from the Joy of knowing I have no heart disease.
Maybe the irregular pulse is just something I will have to live with.
Maybe even take to decaf? 

I share the Joy of feeling I am doing the best things for my health.
