Oh fresh veggies can be as beautiful as roses! Very nice. I've never seen that first photo of Angela Lansbury. What a lovely young woman she was and what a lovely woman she remains.

Fresh veggies is what puts the 'good' in ol' summertime. Your veggies look really nice in those baskets. Angela Lansbury is soooo pretty and so talented. Miss you.

We were given three Rose of Sharon plants yesterday. The trouble is that they're only about 3 inches tall. Will they bloom before I die, I wonder.

Your dolled up rendition of AL cracked me up. Very cute.

The veggies look so tasty. I've picked a few things here and there, but fear the majority of my garden will come in all at once. My tomatoes are bountiful, but still lacking even a blush of pink. Soon.

Yum - nothing better than tomatoes fresh from the vine! My fav for lunch and dinner and then lunch and dinner again. The season is just so short!

I've never seen the young Angela either! Very lovely!
