It was extremely hot here in Ky. today.
A sudden downpour cooled it down a lot.
Thank goodness for rain.
My prayer is that all those areas that need rain get it NOW.

Week #11
Starlet Challenge this week is
Alice Faye

Although I remember her from TV for some reason I can't remember seeing any of the movies listed.

This picture of the Movie magazine of the day reminds me when at about age 12 or 13 me and my friends hobby of the day.
We would each buy a different magazine and tear out the full page photos of all the stars and swap them amongst ourselves for our favorites.
I can remember having stacks of colored picture of the stars.
Great memory.
She was really into rearing her children as stated in all the info I researched and at times stepped out of her career to do that.

My favorite photo.
The girl next door.

It rained here last night, so I went out and closed the car windows this morning. I tend to forget those windows.

What terrific photos you found of Alice Faye. I like that she choose her kids over her career. (One of the reasons why I relate to Alice Faye). Thanks for joining the 52 Starlet Art Challenge this week. Love your rendition.
By the way the Poppy paints are WONDERFUL!
