Taking my medicine

Most days I enjoy posting and working on computer and different projects, but yesterday was a rough day.

I fell, on my right side about 2 weeks ago and suffered what I decided was sore muscle, etc.
Right leg, hip and shoulder.
I know how to judge if it is just bruising and muscle and/or soft tissue injury.
Rest and test out signs of more serious injury.
Since I have lost weight my jeans are too big around the waist and without a new ladies belt, which I do not have, I stepped on my pants leg and fell.
Using my cane when I go out has been humiliating but I know that weight on that right side is not good for the healing process.
I went to art class, enjoyed it so much.
Then had to go to Wally World, which I hate.
Walking does not bother me much with my cane, but having to shop and look at ingredients, etc, standing is not good.
I came home hurting very bad.
I took one Aleve, went to bed and this morning I feel better.
Still cloudy and damp.
Not conducive to achy joints.
So I decided to find something to make me really laugh.

The title of this video,
Dental patient making sounds like a race car while under sedation.
Attendants trying not to laugh.

Laughter is the best medicine.
Taking my medicine

Note: I would never do this to someone.
 LOL

Gibby, granddog makes me happy too.

Sorry to hear about your pain. It certainly can be depressing when you can't get around quite as easily as before. Give your body time to heal and everything will be fine. Then go buy some new pants or a belt. HA! :) Gibby is adorable. Have a great rest of the day. I'm off to bed. Goodnite! Tammy

Yes, laughing is always good!

Feel better!!!! You should have gotten into one of those motorized carts at Walmart and had fun taking the corners on two wheels! ha. (with photos for your blog, of course!)

Hope you feel better soon. No fun walking with a cane - been there, done that - but I guess walking with a cane is better than falling down again! Heal quickly!

So sorry to hear you're hurting - get well soon! And keep taking that medicine, it's good for you (and us when you share it!)

Oh you sound as if you could use some tlc. Hope that you're a quick mender. Achy and miserable with all this cold and rain isn't a good combination. That guy was so funny. Did he give them permission for that? Ha!
