Creative Tuesday Theme -Scarf

Time for Creative Tuesday with Mr. Tea and Toast
Well I have said I do not draw well.
I am doing the Sketchbook Challenge daily and hope to get better.
This fortnight I decided to showcase a little different creative touch that I have.

 After Christmas when all
my crocheting was finished, I found myself missing the creativity of the hook and yarn.
Also I had oodles of yarn left.
I loved this yarn
Frosty Green Fleck,
by Red Heart, Coats and Clark.

So here it is with a little pin with a birdhouse and a couple of little blue birds
wishing for Spring.

It has flecks of blue, brown and green in it.
Would go with lots of things.

Oops that did not fly.
Had to redo
Creative Tuesday.

Lulu model for The Scarf Store, big sale.

Well, this takes much more talent than drawing! lol. I wish you lived closer so you could give me some crocheting lessons!

Love the grayish green of the scarf...and you KNOW I love the little bird house pin! :)

Well dear QMM, it is indeed a lovely scarf and I'm always amazed when anyone knows how to crochet or knit such wonders! But, sorry to inform you. it does not count for Creative Tuesdays actually as photography is not allowed (we all do that alot already), HOWEVER, if you can include a part of the photo into a collage or something then we're all set. It's not too late! :)

A lovely scarf and pin indeed, Queen Mama..your blog layout is BEAUTIFUL! I'm so sorry I haven't come over more often. I go into blogland at work most of the time, but I can't bring your blog up for some reason; so thats why I haven't visited lately. I'm at home right now and thought of you and wanted to come over and say a big hi! I must get back into Creative Tuesdays and Magpie soon.
Have a beautiful day, Sweet Lady!

Oh dear, QMm, I am silly. sorry. Was so tired last night when I visited you. Of course actually MAKING something counts too--as we had those quilts etc. I don;t know what I was thinking. Sorry. Ha. I see you did take a photo of the scarf too and did a montage. Clever gal. thank you. you are so talented. I can;t knit anything I am afraid.

Your skill at crocheting is marvelous. My husband's mother always had a crochet hook in her hand when she was sitting... We have some lovely pieces from her talent, and you have it too. Love the colors, and your sketch is adorable too. You are quite clever in joining the two for this theme!! Great job!!!

Quick thinking with the collage :) I know how you feel once you've finished a project - the knitting/crochet hands don't want much rest do they?!
