When I worked in the hospital in the late 50's these were the type of wheerchirs that were used.
Very bulksome to deal with.

Oh wow! So many wonderful photos of different sort of chairs. For some reason I like the Waiting Room chairs. But I don't know why - maybe they remind me of something!

Oh, I really do love your selection of chairs. I love antiques and your antique chairs are wonderful. I also really like the victorian furniture.

The wheelchair is pretty cool, but thank goodness for newer technology.

Great set of chairs! I couldn't resist sitting in that counselor's chair even though it is rather confusing.On second thought maybe one of those handsome rockers would be better?

I think this was one of your best shoot ever! One of these days I will start learning about chairs -- styles and things. But I can appreciate all of them. We have some children's chairs too...great stuff.
