My youngest turns 12 today. Happy day to all your family members, too. Your curtain drawing is lovely. I want to start an art journal but drawing doesn't come to me as easy as it used to. Have a grat rest of the week. :) Tammy

Dearest QMM, I love your sketch!!! It's wonderful!!! And your daughter is so gorgeous! You must be so proud of her. Thank you for your lovely comment. You can see my art on my Facebook Fan Page whether you do facebook or not...simply save the link that I've included on my blog...or you can see my stuff on Red Bubble...and that is more like my blog...Post paintings and usually a little meditation with them...The link for that is also on my blog...you can save it, if you like. I will continue to stop by here when I can...just too busy right now to write posts. When things ease up, I'll be back to blogging. I love you and you will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers!!! ~Janine XO

Very blustery day there, Daylilly! How fun the leaves are blowing into the window! Quick--shut it! Thank you, as always, for your interpretation. I like how you made the curtains swaying int he wind too--especially as I type this and listen to the howling wind outside! Brrr..

And, yes, I'd say you most definitely are blessed with wonderful family. So glad for you there, dear QMM. :)

I agree with Mmmmmm...fantastic movement that is felt - the wind whistling and the leaves fluttering!
Feel like i need to reach for a woolly jumper :)

Wonderful drawing of a wind-blowing autumn day. Who gets to pick up the leaves that blew in through the open window? Ha!

Love your blustery day, and the open window.

You have a lovely family. We also have a grandson 16 playing football. Love to go to his games.

On a sad note ~ had you heard that Crusty Crone, (Magpie tales) passed away on Oct 6, with an apparent heart attach.

BTW I'm on my husband's laptop and it using his account... but this comment is from WANDA.

I think your drawing is great - I can feel the crisp Autumn breeze!

Those curtains certainly sketch out the wind driving them. Nice work.

Thanks for sharing.
