Sepia Saturday
Had this picture for awhile but didn't want to post it until I knew for sure about it.
These are the three children that lived born to my Rudd grandparents.
They were born on the ancestral farm I posted about the last two week.
This picture was probably take in summer of 1915
as the youngest Martha was born in Jan of 1915.
Alice on the right was born 1909
John, my father, on the left was born 1911.
As I mentioned last week they moved to their own farm in 1918 when my dad was about 7.

Thank you for a sharing and taking us back in time with your family. I love hearing and seeing vintage photos. I am glad your hand is feeling some better. You are not whiny by any means. We all need a little hug or kind word now and then. Take care and sty in touch.

It's amazing how many photos I've seen where the photographer gets the subject matter off-center to the left. Over and over again I find these photos. They never seem to be disappearing to the right. I have one where there are three little girls and the third one is cut in half right down the middle. I tell people it's one of those families where they say the statistics say families have 2 and a half children. These little girls are the proof.
This is a fun photo with the little bare feet!
What cute little kids and darling little bare feet. Alice has such beautiful blond curls.
