Spent the afternoon with my daughter and rode in our grandson's new truck.
Those grands are such joy.

Having......Tea from Aveda in my cardinal mug.
Feeling.......still fatigued but hopeful of regaining strength and resolving all the cardiac questions. It will take all month.Grateful I have all the resources to help with this.
Thinking about...
how hard we try to stay ahead of things, problems, trouble, money or job issues
always seem to catch up to us. Our faith that God does work in our lives and has
great things ahead for us is what keeps us from drowning in the every day sea of
life."
"God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we
will not fear, though the earth give way
and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam
and the mountains quake with their surging." (Psalm 46:1-3)
Lord, there are times when I feel that I lean on You so much that You might grow
weary of my burden. Then Your Word comes to me reminding me that You are my rock
that I can rely on to hold fast to in turbulent times. I thank you for being there
for me and never wavering. Amen.

I wanted to ride in my grandson's new truck, but I didn't fit.
So glad to catch up with your recent posts - but not so happy to hear you've been sick. Sure hope you are diagnosed correctly and you get the meds and/or whatever you will need to help you get totally back on your feet.
Your situation reminded me of mine over a year and a half ago. Two cardiologists were not of the same opinion - one wanted me to go on a pacemaker, the other did not. My heart issues had to do with a vasovagal episode - of which I've had about 4 in my life. Got a great report this spring!
Now if I could get help for all the muscle and joint pain that would be great!
God bless you and keep you!
Hmm, yes, things have a way of catching up to us, swirling around us. I'm so glad I read the verses you shared about God being my refuge and strength. I don't have trouble, but I have lots of responsibilities right now which threaten to completely overwhelm me, kind of like those waters roaring and foaming! Those verses are a comfort to my soul.
*Kisses* & (((Hugs))) to You <3
Beautiful verse and prayer, Peggy. Thanks for sharing. I hope you'll have a restful week and you continue to regain your strength.
Thank you for joining Tea Talk this week.
Blessings!
Scary stuff, QMM. I sure hope you're feeling better.
Take your time and be very very good to yourself. It has to be disconcerting to not feel weak and unwell. Thank you for popping in today and saying howdy. I haven't looked at my blog list lately, which is why I'm just going to add you to my blog roll so I don't lose you again.
